The refrigerator had a serious leak that turned into a hazardous puddle, leading to a fall at 2 AM. Additionally, the room reeked of smoke and the presence of disruptive noise from neighbors made for an unpleasant stay. The blow dryer was broken, which required calling in for a replacement that was too late to help that first evening.

The location is convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, which is a definite plus. However, cleanliness was a major issue. the bed sheets had hair on them, and the microwave was dirty with food remnants from previous guests. Additionally, the shower drainage problem was frustrating, requiring quick action to avoid further inconvenience.

The Queen Room was pretty comfy with clean beds, and I appreciated the decent breakfast. The helpful staff made a difference too!
